About New Forest Orthodontics

As a specialist orthodontic practice, we believe in providing quality service with outstanding results. New Forest Orthodontics is continually developing by providing the latest techniques to achieve such high and consistent results. We have a long history of satisfied patients both young and old. In fact we have a special interest in the treatment of adults using virtually invisible braces. A lot of people do not realise that the treatment of adults is really no different as it is to treat teenagers, and so enables the correction of teeth for all ages.

We have developed an excellent reputation by creating beautiful smiles in an environment where our patients feel assured their treatments will be carried out to the highest standard by qualified professionals and a caring team.

We look forward to giving you a smile to be proud of.

The practice is open for essential emergencies only. We would appreciate if you could contact the practice if you have any worries or send us photos of the emergency and someone can advise you through email. If you have an emergency and we ask you to come in to the practice, we kindly ask you to come alone to limit any possible risks. We are only seeing emergencies if they are not manageable at home and if you and your household has not experienced covid19.

Please see below an example of how to send photos of any emergencies/advise to enable us to give the best possible advise.

If you have any routine appointments with us in the next 2 weeks and possibly longer depending on what happens, then they will be cancelled and a member of our team will contact you either by phone or text to reschedule. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE PRACTICE as this may swamp the service. Please appreciate this is a very busy time with a lot of people to contact.

We thank you for your patience in this unsettling time and will keep you updated with information!

For emergencies:

  1. Log into your email account or via Facebook messenger. Type your email to [email protected]
  2.  Wash your hands.
  3. Take 5 photos of the patient. The first 3 photos with their teeth biting together as they usually would. The first photo needs to be from the front, your second and third photo will be left and right side of the patients teeth (using a spoon to retract the cheek/lip so we can see the back teeth biting together). The fourth and fifth photos will be the biting surfaces of the teeth - upper and lower.
  4. Wash your hands.
  5. Send a detailed description of the problem you are having, including details of:
    • Patients name
    • Patients DOB
    • Contact number
    • What practise you attend - Southampton or New forest or Anglesea Terrace
    • Attach the photos you have taken which should be like the photos below
