I’d like to say thank you for all the great work you’ve done with my son in the past three years. Things were
tricky at times (especially when a new wire was fitted, the pain that went with it meant he had to bring
cold noodles to school). But he now has a lovely set of teeth. After the braces were removed, there was
a constant grin on his face for the rest of the day; he is so pleased with the results.

Everyone at the practice has been friendly and professional. Even when we moved house and Sean had his
room painted green and orange, Tracy fitted alternate green and orange “things” (sorry, I don’t know
the correct term) to his braces. Little touches like this make a real difference.

So thank you so much, and all the best for the future. Please pass this on to all those in the practice, I
know that every member of staff has been involved with Sean.

It was good because when I needed an emergency appointment, I was able to get one immediately. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Everyone is amazing and friendly in person and on the phone. Reception staff are always extremely professional and always willing to help and advise. A TV in the sitting room would be great though.
